If you would like to delete your Uptimus account and all associated data, you can do so by sending a request to our team.
How to request account deletion:
Send an email to info@uptimus.dk with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated
with your account.
What happens when your account is deleted:
– Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be permanently deleted
– Your driver’s license and other identification documents will be permanently deleted
– Your trip history and location data will be permanently deleted
– Your push notification tokens and device identifiers will be removed
Processing time:
Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once
your account has been deleted.
